What we collect

• Listing alerts. Your email, the place or industry you asked about, the page you signed up on, the consent text you saw and when. Used only to send those alerts. Every alert has an unsubscribe link, and we never sell or share your email.
• Correction requests. Your email and message, used only to reply.
• Usage. Anonymous page views and a few product events — a contact reveal, a click to a broker, a calculator run — with the page they happened on. No cookies, no advertising trackers, nothing tied to you.

Broker contact details

Listing reports show the business phone numbers and emails brokers publish on their own listings, so buyers can reach them. A broker who wants theirs removed can ask here.

Where it’s kept

With our hosting and storage providers, who may process it outside Canada. Ask us to delete your data at any time.
