Grades, price ranges, financing reads and everything else here are general information computed from what brokers publish. They are not financial, legal, tax or valuation advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or not buy anything. Do your own diligence and talk to an accountant, lawyer and lender before you buy a business.

Listing information

Listings are summarised from publicly available business-for-sale listings. We don’t verify them, they can be out of date, and the listing broker is the authority on every detail. We link to the original listing wherever one exists.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from using it or relying on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
